It’s always so fun getting to photograph my talented friends! Lauren is the most amazing makeup and hair stylist in Savannah. Her daughter Emma was in my oldest first grade class and they are the cutest! I rarely get to photograph sessions in Richmond Hill, GA where I live so it was a treat holding our session at Ford Plantation. It’s right down the road from my house and such a hidden gem. The Main House in Ford Plantation was automobile magnate Henry Ford’s historic winter estate. This beautiful home, a real architectural treasure listed on the National Register of Historic Places, sits atop a bluff overlooking the Ogeechee River and serves as the heart and soul of The Ford Plantation.
