Steen Anniversary | Montage Palmetto Bluff

I had a senior session scheduled July of 2021 in Palmetto Bluff. I arrived early to scout out locations and all of a sudden a woman hops out of her car. It was Jennings King with her cameras strapped to her frantically letting me know a guy was about to propose to his girlfriend right in that exact spot I was standing in. I left right away for across the street hoping I didn’t ruin the set up for this surprise proposal. As I started my senior session, I saw the couple walk up and the beautiful proposal unfolded from across the road. After my session and hers, Jennings found me and thanked me for moving which she did NOT have to do.

A year later, I get an email from Jennings asking me to second shoot this same couples wedding at Montage Palmetto Bluff. I said yes without hesitation. Fast forward another year later, I get an email from Megan. Dave and Megan were planning to spend their one year anniversary back in the spot where it all started. She wanted to capture their one year anniversary and her family with them. What an honor! Congrats Dave and Megan on one year of a beautiful marriage.
